I Wanna Break Your Heart is a Dot Alison song featuring Peter Doherty. A demo version with Doherty and Alsion has been uploaded to Dot Alison’s official website. During the Demo version, Peter's phone rings and he begins to have a conversation with someone, explaining he is in the studio, and recording. This song also features on the “Up the Shambles!” Live DVD, where Dot joins Babyshambles for some songs from their set.

Doherty uploaded a video of I Wanna Break Your Heart onto YouTube, around the time of his split with supermodel Kate Moss. The video, which has since been deleted by Doherty, featured him and Dot Alison playing the track together, which marked the first time that him and Alison had worked together since he began dating Kate Moss, as tabloids reported Moss "banned" Doherty from working with Alison.

There were rumours that I Wanna Break Your Heart would feature on Doherty's debut solo album, Grace/Wastelands, however the track has yet to be officially released.
