Flesh and Bone is the title of a Yeti demo track that surfaced on the internet around 2005. This demo version lasts 3:42, and another version of the song hasn't been recorded in the 3 years since. The song is quite different from the majority of Yeti's songs as it demonstrates a more punk side to Yeti and is very reminisant of John's former band.
The track looked as though it had been scrapped by the band because it was never played during any gigs, however the track was released as a bonus track on the Japanese version of The Legend of Yeti Gonzales.
