Crumb Begging Baghead is a Babyshambles track that features on their second album, Shotter's Nation. The writing credit for the track goes to Doherty and Mik Whitnall.
Crumb Begging Baghead was first recorded by Doherty and Whitnall for their Stookie + Jim Bumfest Demos, in November 2006, and before this, the track featured on many live bootlegs. On bootlegged versions, Crumb Begging Baghead was often wrongly tagged as "Zombie", due to the opening lyrics; "Don’t take me for a zombie". A video of Mik and Peter playing the song acoustically can be found on YouTube.

Don't take me for a sunbeam
Don't take me for a sunbeam, a sunbeam, a sunbeam
It's just another faction of
Like another fraction of
Another taxer of your life
Don't take me for a sunbean
Don't take me for a sunbeam, a sunbeam, a sunbeam
I'm a crumb beggin' baghead baby yeah
I'm a crumb beggin' baghead baby yeah
Bet you say that to all of the girls
And all the long lost wars
Any causes worth dying for
What passing bells for those die like cattle again
and again and again
Don't take me for a sunbeam
Don't take me for a sunbeam, a sunbeam, a sunbeam
I'm a crumb beggin' baghead baby yeah
Bet you say that to all of the girls
If you ever smile in the street of crocodiles
I doub you'll ever smile again
Ah don't...Yeah
