Deft Left Hand is track #11 on Babyshambles' second album, Shotter's Nation. The track is credited to Doherty, Mik Whitnall and Kate Moss. Deft Left Hand was one of the few songs that were not demo'd and uploaded online before the release of Shotter's Nation, and so was one of the few tracks on the album that was new to fans. Although a few bootleg copies exist, the song isn't played live often, despite it being a fan favourite.
