Flags of the Old Regime, or Flags From The Old Regime (previousluy known as "Oh My") is a song credited to Peter Doherty and dedicated to Amy Winehouse. Peter wrote Flags Of The Old Regime in 2011 after Amy Winehouse's death and before leaving London to live in Paris, and the first version heard by fans was uploaded to YouTube in November 2011.
In a 2014 NME interview, Doherty stated that the track was 1 of 10 recorded for his second solo album, provisionally of the same name. It was later revealed that the track would appear on the second album, though the album would be titled "Hamburg Demonstrations".
In early 2015, it was announced that Doherty would release Flags Of The Old Regime as a single, on Monday 9th March 2015, through Walk Tall Recordings. The single is released in aid of the Amy Winehouse Foundation, who will receive all proceeds from the profits of the single. The single version was produced by Stephen Street and features Drew McConnell (Babyshambles / Helsinki) - bass, Jamie Morrison - drums, Stephen Large - keyboards and Stephen Street - acoustic guitar & percussion. The strings were arranged by John Metcalfe (Durutti Column).

Let's have it right
We all know the score
Been up for three nights
Stuck behind the door
Chewing off your jaw
The fame they stoned you with
You soldiered it
And made your fortune
But you broke inside
But I don't want to die anymore
Any more than I did want to die before
The fame they stoned you with
You soldiered it
And you made your fortune
But you broke inside
Stand up there in front of the whole world
And you don't feel them songs no more
Oh me, oh my, any
You won't be coming down tonight
So let's have it right
We all know the score
Been up for four nights
You're stuck behind the door
Chewing off your jaw
And the fame they stoned you with
Your tiny shoulders soldiered it
And you made your fortune
But you stone cold broke inside
You have to stand up there in front of the whole wide world
And you don't feel them songs no more
Oh me, Amy, any
You won't be coming down tonight

___________
Oh My Oh Amy
You won’t be around tonight
So let’s have it right
We all know the score
Been up for three nights
You’re stuck behind the door
But you were over it
You're just a soldiering the fame you shouldered it
Ah you’re still soldierin’ on through
Ya Stand up there in front of the world
But I just don't feel those songs no more
Oh me, Oh Amy
You won't be 'round tonight
All over town
You're my calculation
Oh It’s up a deviation yeah,
Stand up there in front of the whole world
Say "Fuck you and the horse that you came in on"
Oh Amy
You won’t me around tonight
All the blame, you shouldered it the fame, you soldiered it but you were over it but you're still smoldering yeah
Up there in front of the whole wide world
You're a whole bright girl
Oh, though I know you made your fortune
But you're heavy inside no, can't simplify it
Just stand up, stand up in front of the world and say
"Fuck you and the horse that you came in on"
You won't be 'round tonight
So let's have it right
We all know the score
And your heart’s so heavy and your arms so sore
Your body can't take it no more
Let's have it right
We all know the score
If I had tears left to cry
I'd cry you a river
Oh me Oh my
Ah me Oh my
Oh Ooooh meeee
Oh oh aye aye
You won’t be around,
You won’t be around tonight
No, you won’t be around tonight
